The cottage-style interior features a living space with a queen sofa bed with a Dream Air mattress, a recliner and flat screen TV. The kitchenette has white cabinets with glass fronts and inside lighting. The counter tops are black granite and there is a granite bar underneath the kitchen window which provides the perfect place to savor your morning coffee while enjoying the view. There is a mini fridge, sink and microwave in the kitchenette. The full bathroom features a glass-enclosed corner shower and a vanity sink with storage. The spacious carpeted loft offers you additional room to sleep or for light storage and is accessed via pull-down stairs. There is an air mattress and linens in the loft to make your guests comfortable. Wall mounted A/C & heat mini split and well-decorated interior finish out the space. There is a crawl space which is accessed from outside and provides added storage space. It contains the hot water heater, dehumidifier and basement heater.
