Luxury Level properties include a full line of amenities, including a water feature/view, fire pit, pergola with full kitchen set-up, remote shades, and smart televisions. Additionally, the landscaping and amenities on these properties are truly spectacular. These properties will be serviced daily by our hospitality team

Premium Plus lots are our highest level of luxury. Premium Plus lots will have some combination of enhanced amenities and will have a pergola and outdoor kitchen. Every lot is unique, so please ensure the amenities of your chosen lot will fulfill your needs.

Premium lots will have some combination of at least three enhanced amenities which could include a view of one of our beautiful ponds, fire features, water features or enhanced furniture. Every lot is unique, so please ensure the amenities of your chosen lot will fulfill your needs.

Deluxe lots normally will have a fire pit or at least two other enhanced amenities which could include a view of one of our beautiful ponds, enhanced furniture, pergola or a gas grill. Every lot is unique, so please ensure the amenities of your chosen lot will fulfill your needs.

Standard Plus lots are standard lots with one additional amenity which may include lot size or location, additional furniture or a water view. Please carefully review your lot selection to ensure it meets your expectations.

Standard sites will have a large landscaped lot (generally in excess of 5000 sq. ft.) with a 20x70 paved pad and full hookups (includes cable and WiFi).
