Lot 43 is a stunning pull-in property with a concrete pad surrounded by a brick-paved accent border and spacious brick paved outdoor patio welcoming you into this piece of Northern Michigan paradise. Complete with a natural gas fire pit, custom-built pergola, and brick outdoor island with granite countertop. Enjoy this private entertaining space with landscape lighting while overlooking the adjacent pond with an illuminated water fountain.

The bungalow contains a large kitchenette with Presidential Series maple cabinets, a Cambria quartz countertop, Bliss Glass linear tile backsplash, and full-sized KitchenAid brand appliances including double refrigerator/freezer drawers, a full-sized 27” oven, and a separate 27” microwave with storage for pot and pans in the large drawer underneath the oven.  In the main area is an American Leather, Kristina model, queen sleeper sofa in an upgraded fabric. Also included in the main area is a small end table, an area rug, a 12 bottle wine cooler, and a wall-mounted flat-screen 40” Sony TV. The floor in the main area is Brazilian cherry hardwood.  There is an AC/heat mini split unit above the bump-out window and a 42” ceiling fan in the main area. The shades that cover the windows and doors are custom roman style shades. At the end of the hall are a built-in large storage cabinet and a door to the bathroom. The bathroom contains a Kohler toilet and pedestal sink with a storage cabinet above the sink and a very relaxing and enjoyable Aerial Steam Shower along with a shower seat. For cooler days the tile floor is heated and there is also a ceiling fan/light/heat fixture for additional bathroom heat. The loft area is accessed by ladder and is fully carpeted. Stored in the bungalow are an outdoor Weber grill and some outdoor furniture including a 42” square table and chairs and two teak loungers.  The bungalow also has a basement, which can be accessed from both inside and outside the bungalow.

Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. The team facilitated an easy move for us from lot 43 to lot 3 during our stay.
We considered this a "bucket list" RV resort to stay at. Hearthside Grove Petosky exceeded our expectations. The Resort is First class thru and thru. In addition, the Resort is located close to many things to do, Mackinaw Island, Petosky and Charlevoix, etc. Very nice lot. The water feature and fire pit were fantastic. The pictures on the website were very helpful in selecting our lot. The pictures accurately represented the lot. WE WILL BE BACK!

Corey at the front desk was especially helpful as was the woman who checked us in but didn't get her name. Both were accommodating and went above and beyond with information about local activities, restaurants, etc.
One of the finest Motorcoach Resorts we have been to. 5 Star accommodations and hospitality. Sites are meticulously manicured and maintained as well as the surrounding grounds. Lot 43 was simply appointed...could have used 2 more chairs though! Clubhouse had everything you could ask for and the theatre was awesome! Even sitting in the laundry room was enjoyable...how many places can say that?! I loved the commercial washer/dryers. Looking forward to going to the Ohio Heatherside Grove as soon as we can.

Audrey was great to speak with about lot ownership, she had answers to all our questions and showed us many options. Kirk was very helpful at check in and generously offered the use of the company pickup for our use until our car arrived on Monday.
This past week was amazing, we were graced with practically perfect weather, the lot we stayed at had everything we needed and was ideally located. Lot 43 was an unexpected delight, the pergola was something we never knew we needed and loved it at this time of year. Hearthside Grove is our favorite place to visit in Summer, thanks for creating a truly memorable location. Our stay was fantastic, we would recommend to friends with newer class A's for sure.

We loved it! Private, park like setting. We already have recommended Hearthside to some of our friends who own at Pelican Lake in Naples! Your property is like the North version of what we love about Class A Motorcoach Resorts! Lot 43 was so perfect for us! We will be back next Year and stay longer! We met so many wonderful people, including friends from Naples that we did not even know were there! Only bummer was the spa being closed the day we did the Mackinac Island 8 mile bike ride! We were looking forward to sitting in the hot tub, but we understand maintenance has to take place!

Motor Home Classification, Size and Age
Hearthside Grove is a Class A motorcoach resort.  Our Owner's Association defines Class A in the traditional sense meaning motor homes and converted buses that have a flat front (not a truck, van or semi front end).  We understand the appeal of other types of coaches and trailers, but we don’t have a provision to host those units as either a guest or owner.  Class A motorcoaches must be a minimum of 30 feet in length and be no older than 10 years of age.  Additionally, tents are not allowed to be used on lots.

Bungalows are NOT included in the rental. Interior photos may be shown for sales purposes.

Lot Changes:  We are a lot ownership resort which means that, in the unlikely event the owner of the rental lot you selected sells or removes the property from the rental pool, you will be notified as soon as possible to discuss a suitable replacement lot. 

Deposit: If reservation is made more than 10 days prior to arrival, a deposit of 50% is required at time of booking and the balance is due 10 days prior to arrival. If booking is 10 days or less before your arrival, the entire reservation amount is due at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your reservation. A cancellation processing fee of $50 will be charged if a reservation is canceled more than 10 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations within 10 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of 50% of the cost for your entire stay (including bungalow costs if this option was selected on your reservation).

Pets: You may have a maximum of two well behaved and quiet pets per lot, however, other than service animals, pets are not allowed in bungalows, clubhouses or in the pool area. Pets must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet at all times except in the dog run located by the front entrance. Pet owners are responsible for promptly picking up after their pets.
